With a strong academic foundation—holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's in Mass Communication and Journalism—he brings a unique combination of analytical thinking and journalistic passion.

For the past 28 years, Mr. Rathi has been at the helm of Sanjay Warta, managing and directing every aspect of the newspaper’s functioning. From editorial decisions and content strategy to production, distribution, and administration—every activity runs under his meticulous guidance. He is not just a part of the team—he is the central pillar around which the entire newspaper revolves.

Widely respected in the media fraternity, Mr. Rathi has also served as Vice President of the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar District Marathi Patrakar Sangh, where he played an active role in supporting and strengthening the regional journalist community.
